Our whole grain ciabatta loaf is made with: untreated, enriched wheat flour, whole wheat flour, water, cracked wheat, flax seeds, corn meal, pearled barley, rye, triticale, rolled oats, brown rice, sesame seeds, buckwheat, millet, cracked durum wheat, sea salt, yeast and malted barley.
Kalamata Olive Ciabatta Loaf
Sometimes words don’t do justice to a flavor.
This olive loaf is made with unbleached, untreated, enriched wheat flour, water, Kalamata olives (Kalamata olives, water, sea salt), sea salt, yeast, fine herbs and malted barley.
But we’re not going to try to explain what makes this bread so tasty because, well, just read the first line in this paragraph.

You can’t run a boulangerie and not make a boule. It’s the very essence of the word and that’s exactly why we take pride in our original boule. This bread is made with unbleached, untreated, enriched wheat flour, water, sea salt, yeast and malted barley. And in case we weren’t clear, boulangerie is French for bakery.
